In the event our product is defective and/or you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product with your proof of purchase (i.e.: receipt, Bill of Sale, UPC code, photo’s of the product plus the production date code that is stamped on the product) within 30 days from receipt of the package to receive your refund for the product(s) excluding processing and handling charges.

We pledge to respond within 48 hrs (Monday through Friday) on all requests. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization number given to you by Customer Service on your mailing label.

For your security, please return your package with an insured carrier (e.g.: UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel) and retain a receipt for your records. This will protect you in the event that the item ID is damaged or lost in transit
